From Triathlon to Sportswear
As a Kona Triathlon World Championship finisher, our founder knows first-hand what athletes need from functional clothing. Shangke Sports was founded to remove the two obstacles that hold small running teams back — high minimum order quantities and rigid, off-the-shelf design.
With Chinese manufacturing wisdom, we deliver cost-effective custom sportswear for events, corporate teams and individual athletes.
Refine The Rules
Traditional custom manufacturing forces small running groups into a dilemma: 50-piece minimum orders and 30-day cycles. We rebuilt that model from the ground up.
We disassembled the standard production process and reconstructed it as a flexible line — the same industrial machines, reconfigured for short runs without compromising the finish.
A team can now wear its own uniform from just 20 pieces. Today we produce for 200+ organisations, from local running crews to international events.

Technical Advantages
Three patented processes run in-house on our own equipment: seamless glue bonding, reverse cursor construction and heat-transfer labels — applied on our fusing machine and hydraulic heat press rather than outsourced.
Design capability
Our pattern makers work in-house on CAD and output production-ready patterns on a wide-format plotter. That is why our average is 3 or fewer revision rounds against an industry average of 11 — and why 87% of event customers and 63% of enterprise customers come back.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Free design on a single-piece pattern sample, and small-batch production starts from 1 piece.
Are 20 pieces produced from scraps?
No. We can show the purchase voucher for the same batch of raw material used on large orders.
How long is the delivery cycle?
15 days for regular orders, 7 days for urgent orders.
Can you reproduce the international brand design?
We provide a compliance-reviewed modification proposal before production.
